1. What do you think is the key to effective leadership?
Leadership requires being willing to take risks and to "challenge the process." Effective leadership requires the ability to communicate what needs to be accomplished so that others embrace and support the effort.

3. What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Listen to your instincts - don't ignore what your gut is telling you.
4. What do you hope to get out of your Toll Fellows experience?
Through the Toll Fellows experience, I hope to learn how to be more creative in dealing with change and gain fresh approaches to problem solving. And, I hope to find new ways to inspire others with confidence and strong leadership in the years ahead.
